This review is about Face Reality Products, not this particular clinic. The products are very strong, and if not used correctly, they can damage skin. Face Reality “certifies” aestheticians and then sells them the products. Not all aestheticians follow appropriate procedures. A family member’s skin was severely damaged by using these products. When brought to attention of corporate, there was a “sorry” but not much else. Just Beware!

Face Reality has helped me learn what causes and aggravates my acne and has helped me find a routine to get clear skin and keep it that way. I have experienced a lot of anxiety and self-consciousness because of my acne and Face Reality has helped me move past that and realize that there are lots of ways to change my daily habits that will alter my complexion and improve my overall well-being. The estheticians are incredibly kind and patient with me, even when I mess up and occasionally skip my routine or eat dairy – BEWARE DAIRY! The atmosphere in the waiting room is calm and there are great magazines, not to mention the awesome before and after binders of previous/current clients. The receptionists are super nice, the personalized mineral make-up is fantastic, and booking appointments is super easy and flexible. I would 100% recommend this to other people. If you have tried other things and have lost hope, try one more. You have to be diligent and stick to your routine, but it really is worth it. Thank you Face Reality!

I had such an amazing experience here! They were very friendly and answered any questions I had about the process. They made sure that I knew every part of the process and gave me a lot of information on how to prevent further acne (diet, makeup, ingredients). I could see a difference in my skin within the couple weeks and after 2 months my skin looks incredible. I highly recommend going here to treat any stage of acne.

Upon walking in I noticed it was a very clean and light environment. They have testimonials and useful information in the waiting area that make it easier for you to put your trust in these people. I feel like I should also point out that the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They don’t try and force procedures onto you if you’re uncomfortable with them, and their products are reasonably priced. I was a little skeptical about this place at first but after walking out I felt as if it was the best decision I have ever made regarding my once seemingly hopeless case of acne. I’ll definitely be coming in often.

I started going to Face Reality in October because at this point my skin was inflamed with acne. I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, but nothing helped my skin. It has been five months and my skin is definitely improving. Because of the severity of my acne I’m still trying to get rid of my acne scars but other than that my skin is significantly smoother, I may get one or two bumps but it’s manageable. I definitely recommend Face Reality because they will give you real result that work and although it is expensive it’s worth it!

It was my first appointment a few days ago & I had a consultation and treatment. My initial reaction was that the clinic was really clean and the staff were friendly. The individual rooms felt really private which I liked. When I walked into the room, I was asked if another person can sit & watch. I agreed to have her sit in during my session but as the appointment went on I felt like the focus wasn’t on me. In addition, I wasn’t really taught much about acne, like the reviews and my friends had said would happen. It was mostly the two girls conversing with one another. Initially my esthetician was quizzing the other lady about what products she would recommend me but as time went on they were more joking and laughing which made me a little uncomfortable. On top of that, the esthetician iPad notifications kept going off. Lastly, I thought it was strange that she said since it’s my first appointment that it’s just for me to get a feel of how things are here “to get a gist of it”. She said as much as I’d love to I’m not going to do all of the extractions. I wasn’t expecting everything to be taken out but I did expect majority of it to be. Disappointingly, there were areas of my face that were untouched. The only areas she worked on were my forehead and a few on my lower cheeks. Because I’m paying full price for a treatment I expected a full treatment, not just a feel for what treatments are supposed to be. Also, I was dismissed at least 10-15 minutes early so I’m just dissatisfied and confused why that time wasn’t used for extractions. I read a lot of good reviews and my friends told me all their positive experiences. I hope this experience isn’t a true representation for how sessions normally are.
