If there was a Negative 1 I would have rated that! But it was not an option! I bought a Groupon as a gift for my sister for Christmas & had to get a refund! My sister called her 5 times or so & I did too & we left messages to schedule the appointment & to this day NO REPLY! DO NOT GO HERE OR BUY HER GROUPON SHE IS A FRAUD!!!!

Seeing that other people have too, I wanted to share my experience.I purchased a Groupon back in May 2017. I was on my way to my appointment, and she called me on my drive and said she was running 10 minutes late. I got to the location, and she was late, about 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. When she arrived, she started my facial, and she was rushing. I thought that since she was late she would make it up to me somehow, but she didn’t. She literally did my microdermabrasion facial in 10 MINUTES. I was shocked when she was ‘finished.’ I didn’t know whether to complain or laugh. On my way out, she was advertising for her other facials. In my head I was thinking ‘yeah right!’ I highly do not recommend going here.In general, I wouldn’t recommend using Groupon for facials, I had another poor experience with Groupon. I couldn’t get a hold of the office and then the Groupon expired. Groupon must not pay them well and therefore these places have to compensate by letting the Groupon expire or providing low quality service.I am now getting around to this, I at first felt bad about leaving a bad review. Critical: ProfessionalismPurchased a Groupon for her services and tried calling her several times a week for a FULL MONTH without ever getting ahold of her. Fully believe what other reviewers say that she uses Groupon as a scam. After reading that I went back to the Groupon app and requested a trade in so she doesn’t get my money without providing a service!

Be Clear
I purchased a groupon and called to schedule an appointment. I left a message on the voicemail because the call went unanswered for several days. She has not returned my calls to schedule and appointment now my groupon time period has expired. I’m a single mom and don’t have money lying around to throw at the wind. This was supposed to be a special treat to myself for Mother’s Day. Judging by other reviews left, this is the norm for this “business”. I don’t recommend booking with them.

I purchased a groupon and scheduled an appointment with her for a Saturday morning. She called less than an hour before the appointment and canceled. I then rescheduled, making it clear to her that I was on a time crunch because of an event. We confirmed my appointment time and date on the phone. About two hours before the appointment, she once again canceled without explanation. I can now not have the facial in time for my event. I will not be using her again.

I purchased a Groupon and she never picked up my calls. She texted me and her schedule is not open at all. Only certain days and mornings at her own time. I called and called and called to try and fit a day into my schedule but she never answered or retuned my calls after that. My Groupon ended up expiring because she ignored me. What type of client ignores their customers? Your supposed to be a business here. Super disappointed I had to throw $30 to the trash!

This woman uses groupon as a means to scam people. Once you purchase the groupon, she receives her portion of the proceeds. She then doesn’t answer her phone or return messages EVER. I went to her business in person to schedule something and even though her website said they were open, the doors were locked and the lights were off. Now my grouppn deal is about to expire and she gets to keep the money I spent despite never providing a service. She should be in jail.

Not sure if the lack of service I received was because I had a Groupon. But she only spent 15 mins on my face!! Even a BASIC FACIAL service is longer than that! I would expect more for a $90 Microdermabrasion Service…regardless of the fact that I got the service at a discount via Groupon. Total waste of my time and money! I normally don’t leave reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with what I went through. When you pay for a service you should receive the proper FULL service. Not just half mediocre service. If she is trying to build clientele maybe Groupon is not the way to do it, if she is treating the buyers and the service given different.

I have no details to share about this place because they don’t answer the telephone! I purchased a Groupon and the directions clearly state that you must call to set up an appointment. I called quite a few times and the phone would just ring. I also left messages but it wasn’t until I left a message of disappointment that someone immediately called me back. By that time, I was over it and just assumed the loss of $30. Sometimes less is not best. I’ll be paying 10 times more to get a skin peel now with my dermatologist but if that’s what it cost to have a professional experience i.e. someone pleasant answering the phone to set up the appointment…then so be it.
