I got a lash lift+Tint here and I was so excited for!! I’ve been growing and keeping lashes healthy for a while! Though when I got it today they looked so bad. One of my lashes were more lifted and tinted then the other, and the other one didn’t even looked lifted at all. I am so disappointed about it because I got it done for homecoming.

I was sent someone else’s receipt after my appointment, which feels like a huge breach of security, I hope that person was notified. While I enjoyed the facial, the extractions were painful and not at all “gentle” as advertised on the website. Also do not think $15 is an appropriate price for a short scalp massage. Which I liked it more!

I went in for a Volume Lash fill thinking that this would be a comfortable, enjoyable experience. The lash fill took 2 hours, the tech did not explain what she was doing, she had to get her manager involved who never spoke to me while assisting with my lash fill so I had no visibility as to what was going on for the whole duration my eyes were shut. After two hours, I had to ask the technician to take the eye pads off so I could see and take a moment to catch my breath. I literally had a panic attack, the experience was excruciating. I have never had an experience like this in all my years of having lashes filled.

They’ve really stepped up their game. I’ve gotten a couple facials over the last few weeks and was really happy with each one! They were done by different techs too. Abby always does the best on my lashes.

I just moved here from NC and decided to try out this facility for a brow wax. Before the wax began I showed her a picture of what my brows normally look like and how to shape them. I was entirely disappointed with my wax, the estetician took off my entire wing of both of my eye brows and my eyebrows are uneven! I do not recommend this place and would suggest to save your money and go to a reputable brow place instead. I learned me lesson on going to a spa facility for a brow wax and next time will go to a brow salon instead.
