The space is gorgeous & clean. Alexis did my service and she was wonderful! They give you water, a gravity blanket, branded headband (to keep), fresh mask, and samples if interested in products. Alexis even asked if I preferred the treatment to be in silence or an educational one where she would explain the process and products. For the level of service I’m very impressed with the price point. Will be back for more! I did the dermababe + extractions + collegen mask. GLOWING.

It is difficult to find a place to get facials that are not overpriced and the staff do not genuinely value their clients. A year ago, I went for a facial and felt right at home. The prices are reasonable and the membership offered is worth having and I feel like I am truly investing in myself.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Hannah is simply amazing and makes me feel super relaxed and educated on products that might work better for me. I have the hydra facial membership and I always leave with a complimentary chocolate, skincare sample, and my skin literally GLOWING. Compliments left and right. At home face masks are nothing compared to what these beauties can do. 100% worth it, treat yourself girls.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Face Foundrie at the west loop location. I first went in July for a facial and brow wax. Lauren was super welcoming and helpful with my skin concerns and overall it made me decide to sign up for the monthly membership. I’ve seen Lauren every month since and my skin has improved drastically after following her recommendations. I look forward to my facials every month with her!

I had a great experience at Face Foundrié in west loop! I received a hydra facial with dermaplaning add on from Scout. Scout was so sweet and very knowledgeable about skincare. My skin was GLOWING after! The spa itself is simple in style and extremely clean. Highly recommend. (Also it’s right across the street from parlor pizza so that’s a plus)

I love Face Foundrié! First of all, the decor is absolutely amazing. It’s so unique, modern yet boho. Great atmosphere all around. I see Hannah H once a month for my facial. She always knows what my skin needs and I always go with her suggestions – my skin will be fleekin’ for my wedding! I love this place. Their membership is such a good deal. Plus, it guarantees a once a month self care routine for me. 10/10 recommend. They have great skin care products, too!

I’ve gone to several facialists in the past and have always felt like they try to sell me products at the end of our session without listening to my concerns. My first experience with face foundrie was not like this at all. My aesthetician was so nice and she listened to my concerns and was respectful of my skincare journey. While she asked about the products I was using, I truly felt that she was trying to understand my routine and not trying to figure out how to sell me things at the end. She also explained everything she was using on my face, the reason for it, and checked in to make sure I wasn’t getting a poor reaction. I love that she finished with SPF on my face. Everything from the aesthetician, to the vibe of the West Loop location, to the ease of scheduling was just amazing. My experience was 10/10 and I was so excited to sign up for their monthly membership! I’ll be going here forever.
