I paid for Botox (general face) and jawline…they under treated BOTH areas. My forehead not only still had wrinkles but also showed muscles above my brows protruding, which cast a horrible shadow on my face like horns. I had to drive all the way back down there for them to fix it, and the woman just argued with me about it. She kept saying they sell Botox by the vial, not the unit- meaning they can under treat you or over treat you basically and waste your money. NEVER go somewhere you can’t pay by the unit! It’s now over a month later and I STILL have wrinkles! I’ve never had this issue anywhere else!! AND I’m back to clinching my jaw at night, so they also under-treated my jaw as well! Not to mention there’s no visible change to the shape! What a rip off! I wish I could give it all back and get my money back and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing!
