Today was my first ever treatment and Nurse Practitioner Brandi took her time and made sure to address any questions/concerns beforehand and she was very gentle. I found it far less painful than plucking a few stray brows! Kate at the front desk was super-helpful as well! I’ll be back, for sure BOTOX treatments

Brandi was absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to have things tweaked for 10 years now and have always been looking for a place that could set me up a plan on what would be beneficial to looking more youthful and not so tired with aging and today I found my home. Brandi set a plan and was gentle and extremely informative and didn’t push services, but was able to establish a starting point that would make the most sense and last longest. I’m so grateful for her expertise of not only knowing what corrective action to take…. and wear the right placement and order to perform these procedures. Kate handled the plan explained it making it easy to understand. They also offered me a membership package I will save on everything i plan on doing this year, with even a 15% discount on a medical grade skincare line that shows promising results with daily regiment.

FFA was top knotch for Toledo. From the moment I walked in their Med-Spa was clean, welcoming, and very modern. Their front desk was SO helpful in pricing and memberships. Brandi was incredible to work with and helped with all the areas that needed attention. They are a vial only med spa and had never seen that before, but really liked this model. The whole staff was wonderful, and the booking process was so easy, as I booked on their custom mobile app. How cool! Thanks again FFA!

They are all so friendly and so informative. They take their time to explain and answer any questions or concerns you have. They aim to give you the best results and offer solutions without being like a pushy salesperson. I’m so happy that they now have an office in Toledo. Would highly recommend for Botox. I have never had any other procedures done other than Botox but I’m confident they would be just as good at that!

My Kybella went fine, yet I got no results, even after 5 weeks (which was explained as a likely situation). My Dysport was ok, but there was *much, much more used than I have ever had done in the past with Botox. Actually, so much that I actually hate my results and think I look like a mannequin. I can’t move my forehead at all and my eyes feel droopy: like I can’t hold my eyes open as much as before. I actually thought it may be a serious reaction, like myasthenia gravis, but have decided it was simply poor interviewing from the rep who sold me a ton of extra product, which I am obviously stuck with for months, all while feeling super insecure with the results. Each day I wake now, I’m shocked by how awkward my face and eyes feel. This has never been the case at anyplace I’ve been to in Atlanta, Ga. I’m so upset, but I paid for their membership and feel I must return now to get something further from the Kybella, as it cost me so much up front. I wish I had waited until going back to Atlanta. I wish the lady had asked me how aggressive she should be with the treatment. My friends and family keep making fun of me for looking different. I just want to cry.
