I’ve had facial treatments with Peggi and they were incredible. Dr. Roma is very experienced as well and delivers perfect results every time. The treatments and services are top notch. I was eager to return after a year 1/2 break due to Covid. While I was receiving a facial, I heard an earful about how Covid is “no big deal” and vaccines are not necessary. A friend had a similar experience with a different esthetician. I understand there are varying differences of opinions about masks/vaccines. I do think, however, it’s important for existing and prospective clients to be informed/ask questions about FF’s Covid protocols before booking an appointment if they DO think Covid is a big deal.

From the lovely and friendly receptionist Megan, to the knowledgeable and cheerful Peggi, the resident aesthetician, and of course Dr. Roma, I felt well cared for. I had so many questions regarding many different beauty issues. Each question was thoroughly and thoughtfully answered. I was able to choose from many options to develop my unique treatment plan and every step was explained throughout each procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Franzia and her wonderful team at Face Forward. I will be back!
