Hi all !!! I had the pleasure of meeting Mandi this past Saturday, I went with my daughter and we both loved her. Critical: ProfessionalismVery very unprofessional!!! A lady named Mandi called to confirm my appointment today. My call dropped before I could even respond. She immediately texted me that I will never be able to schedule with them again. She didn’t give me a chance to call her back and she didn’t try and call me back. She also sent me multiple nasty texts saying very rude things. I can’t believe someone that runs or works for a company would act this way.I was going to be a new client. I have never missed any appointments or rescheduled an appointment with face fabulous. I have been going to medical spas for years now and never have I ever been treated with such disrespect or dealt with someone so unprofessional and childish.
