Cut my eyebrows too thin after I asked loud and clear to keep them thick. Actually she cut em so thin I have the hairs missing in the middle of my brows that I’m now just realizing after the tint is gone . When I told her She cut them too thin she denied it. How are you going to tell me about my brows not being too thin when I been getting them done for years ? I know what I know and I definitely know she did her job poorly. They will take your money Deny when they made a mistake and then Try to cover it up.

My eyelashes didn’t look even, they use TOO MUCH of the HAIR EXTENSION GLUE. My eyes have never felt so irritated and itchy… Definitely will never go back. Their sign says they prefer cash however I do not carry cash. I only had my debit card. When I went to pay the lady asked if I had cash and I said no I am sorry I only have my card. I said okay as she glares at me waiting to say something. I said I only have have my card and your sign just says you prefer cash. Does not say anything about only accepting cash. She said I accept cash and credit. So I said I only had my card and proceeded to hand it to her daughter and she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me and then started talking to the man next to her in another language. Since I’ve started getting my eyebrows done, I’ve always gone to an eyebrow place in college mall to have them done. After months of living in the area and not having them done, I decided to come here and try it out. I come into the shop and the lady’s on her phone, but she wouldn’t hang up so I had to stand there for a couple minutes or so waiting for her to finish. I work in retail as well, and when I get a customer while I have a personal phone call, I tell the customer I’m sorry and then get off of the phone as quickly as possible. She did not. After she got off the phone, she asks me what I wanted and I said eyebrow and upper lip and she said okay and told me to sit in the chair. She ended up making my eyebrows way too thin, I don’t even think she asked me what I wanted, I just wanted them cleaned up a bit. She made the skin above my eyebrows break out, she was really rough and even ripped the skin above my left eyebrow. She asked me if I needed anything else, completely forgetting that I also needed my upper lip done (which was a good thing because at this point I just wanted to leave) and I paid and left. I’m in pain, there are still hairs way above the weird thin eyebrows she gave me that I had to go through and pluck this morning, I still have eyebrow hives and scratches, and I’m really not willing to go back there ever again. I’d give a 0/5 if I could. Hope the phone call was worth it, lady.

I just got eyelash extensions a few hours ago ..and after she put some chemical on my eyes to keep the eyelashes on my eyelids I started to get a really bad migraine and my eyes burn …not sure if I’m allergic to this chemical or if it’s just poisonous …. Eyelash extensions
