My mom is visiting me from the East Coast and this was her first facial ever. I am so glad I was able to book her an appointment with Rae! Rae was very welcoming and friendly. My mom loved her. She greeted my mom and introduced herself. Walked my mom into the room and gave her a towel to wrap around her chest after removing her shirt and bra. She asked my mom what type of music does she enjoy (put that type on music on during the facial), she offered my mom three different relaxing scents to choose from to inhale and relax, and she asked about the temperature of the bed. She explained every step and product to my mom, gave her a skin reading, asked about what my mom would like to work on skin wise, asked my mom what products she was currently using and about her current routine, and made product, services and routine recommendations throughout the facial. My mom got off that table feeling like a million bucks! When Rae was finished, she made two product recommendations which I purchased for my mom. My mom told her she was looking for slips during the facial and Rae even called her grandma to ask where we could find slips (going above and beyond)! My mom called me to come into the facial bar to meet Rae and she was very welcoming to me as well. This made me and my mom excited to come back. Even though my mom was visiting, Rae still asked if she would be returning anytime soon and whether she wanted to schedule another appointment and my mom did! She cannot wait to come see Rae again and told me I need to see her as well, which I am!

I highly recommend Face of Lelas if you’re in Minneapolis, surrounding areas or visiting. The whole place is a vibe and really nice inside. The estheticians are very knowledgeable, welcoming and know their stuff!! I left out knowing more about my skin, routine and best practices. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend #FACE. I have returned several times and each experience has been better than the last. I love the vibes from the Soul and R&B playist to the swinging chairs from the ceiling. Matisse is exceptional. She will get your skin together and provide A 5⭐ experience everytime.
