Went in around 430 in the rain & cold to get my nails done before an unexpected flight! I’ve went here for 4 yrs for nails, feet & brows. Usually, when i go im dressy you know on a Saturday before shopping for the day! Well this day I’d just received devastated news and didnt look my normal with a hoodie, scarf and joggers. From the moment i walked in i KNOW without a doubt i was racially profiled by the owner himself! He was RUDE ROUGH AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL the entire time to where i did not get my feet and brows done! When i was done before getting up he was like CARD PLEASE as if i was going to run out! Sir, you will NEVER get my business again & SHAME ON YOU! Keep up with this and you will have a sign on the door! Being a 3 time business owner clearing over 6 figures a year I HAVE NO REASON to be treated this way! I’ve also passed this on to my state employees & the university i work for and EVERYONE I’m connected to! You were wrong & I KNOW you didn’t recognize me but NOW i know how you really are!
