There was me and 2 other girls that went in for a full set and pedicures for my wedding on June 17th and my full set is already chipping away at the cuticles which started on the 19th and my nails feel so bumpy and some are still sharp, one girls hands were 2 different shades of color, and for my pedicure they used Gel which has now started to peel off after they told me to get Gel polish cause it would last a whole month and it wasn’t even a week and started peeling completely off my toes. After paying $350.00 with tips I am not very pleased and felt like a burden. Their customer service skills need improving along with their services and prices they charge for not so good services

Critical: ValueHad a full set done Thursday July 22nd, it’s now Tuesday July 28th and I have lost a nail, after paying $75 for a full set plus a $10 tip, I would have hoped they lasted at least 2 weeks. I’m not hard on my nails, I’m a stay at home mom & was in the hospital giving birth on the 25th so definitely nothing extreme for them to be worn & falling off… other than that, the people super nice, and clean environment. I got a full set with shellac and a pedicure with shellac as well… my friend and I spent over $200 at this place. I noticed right after I got them done that they didn’t look right. It looks like iv had these nails for weeks and need to be filled. I called the store and told them about this problem two days after I got them done and they told me to come in. So I did. (I live in canton and this place is in novi so it’s a bit of a drive just for nails) I walked in and I showed the lady my nails and she said it was normal for them to grow that much within TWO days… With every other place iv gone to, they have NEVER grown this much in two days… I drove 25 minutes to get my nails fixed and all they said was “that’s normal” and laughed in my face. Legit laughed. For the amount we paid, we deserve to have good quality nails. This place is cheap and won’t fix their mistakes. I do not recommend this place. I hardly get my nails done but when I do, I expect them to be done nicely.
