Fabulous foot is the best place in Katy for massage therapy. I’m a Pre-k teacher and it’s very tiring to work with little super active angels. The visit to Fabulous foot relieves me. It’s clean and soothing atmosphere. The front desk person is very polite and welcoming. The massage therapist serves in a dignified professional way. I love this place.

Bianca is one of my favorite massage therapists because she genuinely cares about helping me. She uses her fingers to get into tight tissue along the bones & clears trigger points. Being someone who has had many sports injuries this is a perfect technique. I saw reviews about her taking business calls, it’s happened a few times but she more than makes up for it. I’ve been 4x & my husband has been twice, we both agree, she knows what she’s doing as a massage therapist & we will be there as long as she is!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy girlfriend and I get 90 min massages at least once a month. The last place we regularly visited started going downhill and the customer service started slacking. We tried Fabulous because most of the reviews were great. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn’t what we expected from what the reviews said. My girlfriend and I had our own private room, which was perfect. My therapist, who was also the receptionist, came in and started working on me while my girlfriend lay there for more than 10 minutes waiting for her therapist. This was the first red flag. It didn’t feel professional. My therapist answered about 6-7 calls on her cell phone/the work phone from potential clients during my massage. She also left the room 3 or 4 times for potential clients coming into the building. When I complained about this at the end, the therapist said that she was sorry but “the owner wasn’t here today and she had to answer the phone” which didn’t make sense because the calls were coming in on her personal cell phone. She did give me “5 extra minutes” which I appreciated but it still didn’t take away from the bad experience. I wasn’t able to fully relax and enjoy the experience and neither was my girlfriend. To top it off, the therapist had the audacity to ask for more of a tip when she saw that I only tipped her $10. I could have and shouldn’t have even tipped them at all. Seriously best place I’ve ever been too hands down. Rachel did my massage, she was so amazing. Very professional and clearly very experienced. I have terrible sciatica pain and when she was done my back felt better than it has in a long time. So healing. Absolutely phenomenal massage. If I could give a 1000 more stars I would. Amazing price! Worth every penny and more. Wonderful and sweet women who are so so good at what they do! Would recommend if you are looking for a very high quality massage. So incredible. Thank you so much for your amazing work and great business!!!!
