I went to donate my hair but their facial expressions were disappointed when I asked to donate my hair for free to cancer . I almost walked out because the expression on the salon ladies was unapprochable and she reluctantly cut it, I felt bad to ask and felt forced to pay for blowdrying and styling. They still tried selling me salon products. Felt sad. I am not coming back to this salon.

Although service was kind and friendly. I previously had long layers with face framing. I asked for long layers still but was only looking for a small haircut although it was cut to the appropriate length this can not be long layers. Pic with me in red is the night before my cut. To me I can distinguish my layers and in second pic I don’t see layers. It looks uneven. Very disappointed because I previously saw Ashley here and she left my hair amazing. Sad I decided to still go even thou staff changed.

I had my hair cut and styled by a new stylist. Nicole. Very sweet. Very attentive. Perfect cut! The salon was slow when I was there 1:30pm-2:30pm on a Saturday but the 3 gals working there were all professional with never a complaint. Luisa, the manager, is doing a fab job with keeping the salon to a high standard.

I spoke with April and she said yes and $24. 15 mins later I walk into an empty salon with 2 stylist sitting down. The older woman of the 2 asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no, she said we’re only doing appointments today. I told her I just spoke with April a few minutes ago and she turns to I guess who is April and April A who was sitting down while on her phone and said no I didn’t speak to you today. I said Bye!!!! Please!!! I will not trust a lazy lying person nor business to provide any paying services for me. Management you have bad stylists representing your salon.
