I am a client of Amy & Eric. They are my mani/pedi experts atmosphere is amazing, beautiful. Not to me mention the awesome massage chairs while getting a pedi…ALL the staff is wonderful, kind, helpful & friendly. Their talents all are different! I came here with my mother for a birthday pedicure yesterday at 3:30. We sat next to each other and both paid $60 for a 60 minute pedicure. My moms lasted the whole hour, mine lasted 20 minutes! We kept asking why mine was less time and didn’t get a solid answer. On top of that, my toenail is infected! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went here a day ago as my other salon was booked up. Looked really great on the inside so I had super high hopes. They were a bit busy but they were able to get me in relatively quickly. The woman that did my nails was really aggressive. Using the electric filer on my nails to buff, she filed too much and it began to hurt. When doing my nails they look messy, rushed and I was covered in polish by the end. I was also cut by the nail file, and when I flinched she told me to sit still. My nails overall look messy, my finger is cut, and the acrylic is uneven and bumpy. I would only go back again based on desperation.

Horrible paid for a set of nails for daughters birthday and had to go back in 3 days because a nail fell off! Plus we got the broken nail fixed no sooner than we left parking lot it fell off again! So I think for what we paid they should be better quality work than that. Not to mention not even been two weeks to get them filled and they are just popping up off the original nails!!

I have used this salon for all my manicure and pedicures. I tip usually 15-20%. Today, I went in with my child due to no childcare today, unfortunately. While I know it isn’t ideal, it’s still something I should be able to treat myself to without worrying of having the nail technician talk badly & be hateful towards me. Until there is a policy in place, it’s not wrong of my to bring my child. Especially using this business for 2+ years & being a regular, I am upset by the service I received. My technician was Chichi.

Horrible experience, and customer service. Was invited back to re-do nails after doing a lousy job in the first place – went back and owner ‘didn’t remember’ saying that, so we were charged again. will never return – very deceiving, dishonest, and terrible customer service. Gel manicures
