I would give 3 stars from my last experience with Martha but was very pleased with the outcome from Miku. I’ve had various girls do my lash extensions for awhile and they were all great. I particularly go in on a weekend and to get my 3 week re-fill price, I was assigned to Martha that was available on a day that my usual girl Aya was not available (on vacation). My lashes turned out terrible. One part was clumpy and a bit long. The rest were not done correctly as you can see the ends of the lashes that were suppose to be glued close to the lid. It was messy and had a few that were going in different directions. By the second day, some of my lashes were already falling out. Also had to mention that I requested Aya for my next scheduled appointment after she was done but she said “I don’t know but I am available for that day”. This is not good customer service, since she was not accommodating to customers needs and didn’t bother to look up her colleague’s schedule. Fabulicious was able to take me in and Miku fixed my lashes for me. She did a wonderful job and was able to change my scheduled appointment to Aya!
