I asked for the photo. White ombré tips with glitter and 2 hearts. I even repeated myself at least three times. Almond shape. I needed length so I got acrylic.

Anytime I go to a nail salon I ask for a manicure/pedicure/acrylic/gel. This usually cost me $140-$160 after a generous tip. A month ago, I was charged an outrageous $275, no tip. They told me two colors was the price of a French tip?? It wasn’t about the money. The experience and the result was poor quality. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Pedicure

Took my family of 5 in as a walk-in and we got 2 pedicures, 4 manicures. Great Job to all who worked with us! Price wasn’t bad either.

This nail salon is one of thee best salon in cleveland. The manager Henry customer service is outstanding. The salon is really cute and is always being updated. My tech Nat is wonderful always in time efficient work and polishes so nice and neat. Prices are comparable to other salons with a wonderul staff

Truly the worst manicure (and overpriced at $43 for a regular gel manicure) I’ve ever had. The woman who helped me was so obviously not interested in me whatsoever. There are bumps all through the polish. My cuticles look terrible. Never ever coming back here again. The clippers she used on me were rusty! Yuck yuck YUCK!

It’s like a nail factory, with rows and rows of people doing nails. Not relaxing. Barely able to understand what’s going on because language barrier. As the guy was doing my nails, the head woman comes over and looks at my nails and they start speaking to each other in native language. Rude. I felt like they were talking about me. Anyway, fast forward to the filing of my nails…dude pulls out a massive, course file that CLEARLY has been used on someone’s nasty FEET. And don’t get me started with the used buffer. I was thinking that they must not use the disposable files, but lo and behold, the worker next to me is using them. It really didn’t dawn on me to demand a fresh one until he was knee deep in filing. Thank goodness I just got a polish change and not anything that could have led me to bleed/get infection/have infection turn to MRSA/etc. Needless to say, I don’t know what I expected in a salon run like this, as I should have known how it was going to go. I was in a pickle and needed my nails done before I went out of town.

Worst place I have ever been to. I’m not usually the type to leave a review but my experience was so horrible I felt the need too. First of all, I’ve been getting my nails done for two years straight and never have I paid so much and received such terrible quality. I asked if they did SNS BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT and they told me YES, I proceeded to make an appointment for that and a gel pedicure. I get there and they are dazed and confused, I had to repeat what I wanted 5 or 6 times and had to explain what I wanted to a couple different people, both of which seemed to not appreciate my attendance. They acted like gel dip was the same as SNS which is not even close to being similar. I went ahead and got it since my nails were in desperate need and I was out of town away from my usual choice of salon. While I was getting my nails done the guy was super rude and the whole salon was gathered around me in conversation that I did not understand and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The man would pull my hand and tell me to relax yet I was anxious by everyone gathered around me. He rushed through my nails leaving them uneven and not the shape I asked for AT ALL. Everyone is on their phones the entire time. The man was FaceTiming while doing my nails and not paying attention. Then I headed over to get my pedicure in which the woman gave 0 effort. She was also on her phone at some point during my pedicure and not paying attention. I still had calluses and dead skin after my pedicure. She rubbed the skin so hard around my toe that it was raw and when I pointed at it and told her it was really hurting she had acted like she didn’t do anything and it was already there and said “I’ll take care of it.” I saw others around me receiving somewhat better service and attention. I never knew just how amazing the nail salon I normally go to was until I experienced the unfortunate treatment from this place. I can’t believe they are still in business, it’s nothing but a facade. DO NOT GO HERE. It has been a week and my finger nails are already chipping and my pedicure… well that’s been a joke since the lady put her hands on my feet. They also add some absurd tax to your total which I’ve never had done at any nail salon establishment. The better business bureau needs to inspect this place. Maybe that’s where I’ll report to next.

My nail person was so terrible. He automatically assumed I wanted the basic pedicure. I arrived at 6:15pm and he kept complaining about how he is now going to be one of the last people out. He also kept leaving me and my feet were getting cold because the hot towels were no longer hot. Then, he took an entire phone call while doing my pedicure. Their staff left at 6:30 when they close at 7pm. They missed out on 6 customers. I give two stars because the nail paint looked good.
