Fabulash is the BEST! I got my lashes done by Emily for the first time and she did amazing, I love them! Emily helped me to find exactly what length and volume I was looking for. Positive: ProfessionalismI was the worst client ever. My lashes had been ruined by Rhapsody salon and my Erin stuck with me having to take time even and refill a few that were not her fault. She basically was able to apply lashes to a infant size babie. Erin has stuck with me. I have text in moments of panic and she has basically been a calming voice that would calm me. Reassuring mw we would get everything back on track. And she was right . Such a wonderful person to help me get my self esteem back.I was the worst client ever. I have been a client here for over 4 years! I have seen three other people aside from Emily at Fabulash, and they simply do not compare to the exceptional quality Fabulash provides. I feel confident, comfortable, and valued at this business. I know there are others around the area, and I’ve had their work done also. Absolutely do not stray outside of this business, as it would be a waste of quality and money. I recommend Fabulash to everybody I know!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityPoor quality, not professional, poor communication.I received eyelashes (full volume set $180 + tip) from Alexis Breyon on 06/19. Not even a week later almost all of my lashes were gone. I reached out to her to let her know, and she blamed it completely on my home care. I have had lashes by several different artists and I have never had an issue with retention. I went in for a fill on 06/26 ($60 + tip) and she stated that I will need to come in on the following Monday 06/29 for ANOTHER $60 fill. I’ve never been to a lash artist that requires a 3 day fill due to their lashes falling off. I feel lied and cheated out of $320. When I stated I was upset and that this doesn’t feel right, Alexis came back with “I hope your next lash artist does better.
