Since I stepped into this place, positive vibes were felt in the air. I have been following Fabiano for a while, admiring his talent because I was looking for a change for years! Finally, this day came. He and his professional team made my day!!! I feel totally satisfied with this Extreme makeover! I highly recommend going and separate today an appointment at his Salon. Save your money and avoid this place at all cost! I was excited to get a balayage here judging by all the beautiful pictures posted on social media but as Fabiano says himself these are pictures not reality. The amount of time and money I spent here was not worth it at all. I was told my hair would take 5 hours ended up taking 8 hours which is insane to spend that amount of time and the color be so subtle and not show up unless you’re in the sun. Along the process I expressed my concerns that it’s not turning out how I like and I was ignored and disregarded that my hair is wet once they are done it’ll be exactly what I wanted but I left feeling disappointed. Fabiano is very unprofessional and doesn’t listen to what clients want or like which is the worst customer service experience. I wanted face framing and he was unwilling to add it or fix it for me even though I called the next day still expressing how much I dislike the current color and technique I have and if anything could be done again I was ignored. Do not waste your money and time go anywhere else but here!!!

Are used to come here, but thought I would no longer be able to because I am a man. The salon discriminate against people based on their gender and frankly is about to be sued for discrimination. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else for a haircut
