Critical: ProfessionalismI hurried in for a 3PM appointment for me and my 2 daughters. After there fo less than 10 minutes we left for the following reasons:1. The woman did NOT know how to comb and detangle black natural hair. You aren’t supposed to expect a comb to glide seamless through large sections of hair. The stylist had no concern for the comfort of my daughter while she’s yanking her hair. As my daughter (7) started crying she begged me to take her another braid shop.2. Rude and lack of professionalism. The stylist wanted me to help her with my daughter’s hair. And when I was going slower than she expected she barked at me to hurry because she had other clients coming. Mind you the place was completely empty when we arrived. I decided at that point that my time and money would be better spent with someone with a little kindness and understanding.3. Go to Giselle Hair Braiding off of Elmira and South Capitol Street. Critical: QualityThe hairstylist and employees were good and very respectful but when I took my hair out I had a few bald spots from the hairstyle I won’t be coming back to get my hair done there ever again!!!! The hairstylist and employees were good and very respectful but when I took my hair out I had a few bald spots from the hairstyle I won’t be coming back to get my hair done there ever again!!!! (Didn’t have it in for 3 months by the way I had it in for 1 month) don’t listen to her she’s lying my hair started pulling on my edges the same day I got it done I don’t recommend going there for anything.
