Went in with a Groupon special for just a classic Mani pedi to try out. The tech was told I work with my hands allot, so I don’t need a fancy manicure. I was convinced to up grade my manicure to a gel manicure, for $10, more since she felt her gel manicure would last longer than a regular. It didn’t. It lasted all of a week! The nail tech took a 8 min personal call during our session as well. She stopped and went outside to complete the call. Unprofessional, and mediocre manicure at best.

I went a year ago when the salon was in Dunedin, FL. I went in for a Keratin treatment and my hair was chopped up. The lady was busy was entertaining her kids. So unprofessional! Stay away!
