Horrible experience! First they had the appt wrong so I had to come in an hour earlier than planned which living an hour a away wasn’t easy to do but I managed. I got lash extensions for the first time and turns out there is something I am allergic to. It didn’t even occur to me that there would be an issue and would have really appreciated if this would have been discussed. Perhaps I could have avoided my eyes being on fire for the last three days. I had to call a gf who is a nurse to help remove them. Not only did the lash person not discuss the potential risks of the eyelash extensions when she shaped my brows she left hair all over my eyes. For $250+tip, I now have fewer eye lashes than I did before blazing red eyes on fire eyes and had three days of agony all right before leaving for my nyc trip that I wanted to look my best for. Truly unreal how unprofessional this entire process went.

I’ve booked 2 appointments here and gotten my nails done once. It was quality work and the nails were very pretty. However, my first appointment started 10 minutes late. My second appointment was scheduled for 11:15 and I waited till 11:30 with no acknowledgement from the stylist. I only had an hour break from work and unfortunately had to leave by 11:45 in order to make this appointment work. So I had to walk out. Just a bummer.

Always good to get the hairs cut, ears lowered, what ever you want to say. I have the best stylist there (no, I’m not sharing their name). We talk, we laugh and in no time at all (guys haircut) I leave with a fresh head of hair and a smile on my face at a more than reasonable price.

I highly recommend this salon and especially Lacey, who must be the best colorist in the valley. I have never been disappointed in any of the services. Frannie makes me feel and look beautiful each and every time. I have my hair done, nails and toes, facial…all services are superb…and she has new Pedi chairs now too that are even better than the last ones. Frannie cares about the products she uses on her clients making sure they are not harmful and that they give the result I want. She knows her product! I would never go to any other Salon…in fact I never want to move anywhere else because it would mean having to leave FAB. This place is so awesome! I have super curly hair that is at an awkward length and I needed to get it straightened and styled for a wedding. Karen did such an amazing job. I came in not knowing what to expect, because my hair is not your typical styling job, but she blew it out of the water. I got so many compliments that night. Great service and great skills!
