I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years. When I came in I went ahead and got the services I get every time for over 2 years. Dip powder and pedicure. I picked the color, I always match my nails or something to match if I can’t find exact color for toes. The dip powder color was NOT what I asked. She said that it was faded, which is a lie. Colors are completely different tones. I did not want to argue so I payed and left. Oh before I forget, she was charging me $10 for shape and $10 for tip. I have NEVER been charged for shape here. Only $5 for tips. I haven’t always had the same person. The last few times yes. Apparently the owner is who services me and lady said she can price whatever she wants. Which is a lie! She doesn’t always service my hands. She said I can take off $5 dollars but that’s it. I paid, left and called next day. I asked to speak to the owner but she’s on vacation, which I hope she’s enjoying herself. She works so hard. I have seen it. I just didn’t know at the time that she was the owner. So I DON’T do glitter period, so I said “ I need this color fixed because it is not what I chose”. She tried to argue with me over the phone saying I picked the color and I need to pay to change it. She offered to change my toes. I told her how is it my fault that the colors don’t match!? which I could look past, but the fact that it wasn’t even close to the color powder I selected is just ridiculous and the glitter which I don’t ever get done unless it’s new year. She said come in and we’ll see what we can do, I live almost an hour away. Not even a “come in I will fix the color for you” I come here because I have family in the area and enjoy coming. But this crossed the line for me. I opted to not come in. I guess it’s time to find a new nail salon. To the owner : thank you for always giving me TOP SERVICE. My nails always enjoyed you. When I did run into a problem you solved it for me. Thanks again.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area, abouta yr and a half ago. Decent, not excellent service. But today I’m done for good. Constantly over booking clients and have to wait. Nail artist was very rude and rushed through my manicure and seemed agitated with me for no reason. I did NOT get a full manicure since she rushed through it. This is a business, know your needs and stop over booking clients. I can’t believe I even paid for that service! I left no tip which I’ve NEVER done. I will not be returning and will use my previous salon more than an hour away. It’s about quality, not quantity! DO BETTER!!!!

They are very rude and poor customer service. They seem to have a attitude for no reason and that’s not professional when working at a nail shop. If you don’t like your job go work at Walmart or something. The wait is so long and they don’t attend there customers right away. I will never come here to get my nails done. They need to do better and stop showing people that they got a attitude problem. They are very snotty. Not good.

When we first walked in we were yelled at and told to sign up. As the pedicure began the started to scan my nail and cut the skin on my big toe 4 times on the left foot.She also proceeded to do the same on the right foot. There were no other customers waiting to be serviced. This was definitely poor character. My girlfriend sat directly across from me. Before she could get serviced she had to wait an additional 20 minutes with her feet just sitting in the water. These water bowls also had no bag in them. Once she started receiving her pedicure, she was cut and blood started gushing out.

Worst place in around the area! Called for appointment and once I came it I was waiting for more than 1 hour to get the service. I just wanted regular French tip and they kept doing what THEY wanted not what I WANTED. Do not recommend- bad service!

I had an appointment for me and my girls for pedicures. Walked in. Was not greeted. When someone finally asked why we were here they looked confused or annoyed and left me standing there. Finally got told to pick out colors and then nothing. We picked them and went back to the front waiting area. Someone else walked in with no appointment and asked if she could he squeezed in and they said yes and started her in a pedicure right away. I then got up and asked when we were being done since my appointment started 25 minutes ago. Then when we finally got called back. It was very rushed. I’ve never had a 20 minute pedicure but that’s what they did. My daughter got to put her feet in the water for like 2 minutes and then they were done with her. It was her first pedicure and she asked for 2 color nails and they painted all one color and said they forgot she wanted both. I don’t think I’ve been to a worse place.

We had to wait 25 minutes before anyone started on my nails.
