Critical: Professionalism, QualityDon’t get your hair done here they scream in your ear to talk to each other even though their right next to each other and their very ruff with your hair. I also showed a picture of what I wanted and the person doing my hair wasn’t paying attention and just did it her way totally different from the picture she asked if I needed hair added to my own and I said no cause I’ve had a friend do my hair perfectly without added hair. I paid extra even tho cornrows there are 40 but since she put extra hair it made it 51 even tho I said not to do it like that. I needed my hair done for work this week and now I’ll just deal with what I have. Don’t get your hair done here they scream in your ear to talk to each other even though their right next to each other and their very ruff with your hair. I also showed a picture of what I wanted and the person doing my hair wasn’t paying attention and just did it her way totally different from the picture she asked if I needed hair added to my own and I said no cause I’ve had a friend do my hair perfectly without added hair. Once I got in the chair, having to deal with the chewing and super loud talking in my ear and the kid running around the shop distracting the lady doing my hair, I couldn’t wait to be done and on my way. I am only giving one star because they do quality hair braiding. My hair turned out great. New client here, I showed up twenty minutes early to a 1pm appt and they didn’t get started on my hair until 3pm. Once I got in the chair, having to deal with the chewing and super loud talking in my ear and the kid running around the shop distracting the lady doing my hair, I couldn’t wait to be done and on my way. I am only giving one star because they do quality hair braiding. My hair turned out great. But this is the most unprofessional hair salon I have ever been to and will not return.

I asked one of the braiders when the next braided was coming in and she said that the girl wasn’t answering the phone. I had an appt for today at 8:00am for medium size knotless braids, I waited damn near 3 hrs and no one started. I asked one of the braiders when the next braided was coming in and she said that the girl wasn’t answering the phone.
