So I was going there for months seeing the old worker Sandy she was amazing I loved it! I go in one day and it’s a complete different worker come to find out she remembers me from a market she used to work at I don’t recall seeing her a lot there then she sits me down and says I don’t like your eyebrow shape!! Whattttt very unprofessional she could’ve asked me if I like them and if I wanted to change them. Hack job luckily I found out where Sandy works and I go there. One day I had no other choice then to come back to ez eyebrows the vibe was so off and very tense in there she didn’t say more than 5 words to me and acted as though she was annoyed she messed up my eyebrows I dont recommend it

The gal there I wish I would have got her name was amazing. My first time threading. Hurts just as bad as a wax but I feel the final look is better than a wax. Super thankful they were open later. Eyebrow threading

It was my first time and the way she talked to me made me feel like a returning customer. It wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable. It was quick, reasonably priced, and done beautifully. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that she ONLY did the threading. I have long eyebrow hairs naturally so I usually need a trim at the ends as well but she told me that she doesn’t use the scissors…so I had to go home and do that part myself. It would be 5 stars if I could go home and have my eyebrows done and not have to worry about missed steps.

Terrible service, it is the second time that I go to this place and my experience was terrible In the first place, the people who were attending yesterday, Sunday at 5 pm, are rude and have no idea how to treat a client. First he made fun of me because he had a lot of hair on his eyebrows, as a client I go to this type of place to be helped, not to be treated like a clown Not satisfied with that when I finished the work he did not put the aloe vera on my eyebrows I had to do it myself and by mistake I put a little aloe vera on my hair and this person who attended was just laughing and laughing at me because I had aloe vera in my hair In no place have I felt so humiliated and mocked as in this place I do not recommend it nor do I hope to return there ever

Came here for the first time today. Sandy did my brows and they look amazing! This was the first time I have had my brows threaded. I usually get a wax at Ulta, and this was almost half the cost! Very quick, affordable, and AWESOME results! Will definitely be back! So happy I found a new place!
