My son and I went to E-Z cuts to get haircuts. It’s located on the corner of 10th and Trenton in McAllen. We entered and signed in, we arrived just after opening, so there was no one in front of us. I always let my son go first, and the lady who cut his hair did a great job. I went next and I too received a great cut. Prices for hair cuts are reasonable, and this place offers you something to drink as part of their service

nice place and nice peoplez but they dont know how to cut hair.. my friend and I went earlier today. We both asked for curtain bangs on I showed a clear reference photo and the lady literally just gave me straight up bangs. Not how I wanted and said that’s how it was suppose to be…its my fault for not telling her I didn’t like the cut and paid her. Really hate my hair now. Just make sure the dresser absolutely knows what they are doing or you’ll regret it too…

I went in a day ago and was supposed to get a trim a lady there name Yvette attended me and I asked for a clean up only and inch off when I didn’t understand what she said to me during my haircut it seemed as if she got a little frustrated and started using the equipment aggressively on me I go home and next day I have rashes all on my head and to top it off I was laughed at for my haircut do not come here they do no know how to cut hair or run a business would leave 0 stars if I could please get your employees in check

did not like the girl who cut my hair. very aggressive and quick to try to hurry up. I was planning to go last thursday and the same girl who cut my hair today was arguing with another employee or customer. I immediately turned around because i wasn’t going to handle whatever situation i walked into. I was with my little nephew so I know it wasn’t going to be a friendly environment to me or him. But today, sunday, i had to get a haircut asap. The same girl i saw that was arguing was there and no other hairstylist was there in that moment. I know what i was going into but i just bite the bullet just so i can get it done without any complications. She sat me down and i told her what I want. While cutting my hair she was tugging my ear/ head aggressively while cutting my hair. did not even ask if i wanted a square or round for the back of my head. She didn’t tell me to look down whenever she was doing the back of my head or any warning for the matter of fact. she took off my mask without my consent. I literally had to emotionally num myself just so i can get through my haircut. When getting a haircut it should be relaxing knowingly you’ll feel like a new person. She did not deliver that expectation. whenever we were finish, she didn’t ask me if i wanted to get my hair washed. Usually I get whenever i get my haircut just so i can have a low risk of having lose hair all over myself. Once finished the only nice thing that she told me is ‘Have a great day’ that’s is it. Which usually i would say likewise but i booked it out when my card went through. I did not like my experience and please consider yourself to find someone local. I advice for no one to come here just so to be treated with an half a** effort. Will be speaking to management as soon as I can.
