WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE GOTTEN IN A VERY LONG TIME. STYLIST (IF SHE CAN BE CALLED THAT) DID NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THE REQUESTS I MADE. SIDES ARE UNEVEN, TOP WAY TOO SHORT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED to CUT BACK IN “WISPIES” OR IN A PEAK, NOT STRAIGHT ACROSS or tapered. Horrible customer service, never offered me or my son water, and when I asked for some, after she offered another client as soon as he came in… I was ignored. I have been getting my and my family of 5 haircut there for well over a year.. every 4-6 weeks. I am usually very happy, but usual stylist off today.. silly me for thinking other girls were qualified/experienced… was so disappointed that I walked out instead of getting any further services.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIgnore the other bad reviews they’re all about something irrelevant and not about the hair THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I LOVED coming here!! As soon as I got their I got offered water and I saw that they cleaned so much after a customer came in!!There was two girls and they were both so sweet.I have really long hair and it was only $18 !!! I am a very picky girl when it comes to haircuts because most people kinda complain if my hair being long and i’ve gone to a lot of hair salons and I never like how they do my hair but this place did a great job and ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT CUT AN INCH MEANS:)!!!! Absolutely LOVE this location. I have three very picky boys with different types of hair and styles they like and we are pleased every time. We are always greeted with the best customer service. My boys are given a juice when we arrive and a little treat when we leave. I even get offered water as well. My boys love to tell the girls stories and jokes because they really engage with the children. Overall always a great experience.

One of the best haircuts I have gotten in a while. Loved the friendly customer service. I recommend going with Giselle she is hands down the best stylist there and does really good fades. Also I love the complementary beer that they give out. I highly recommend and I will take my family again here!

My husband has been going here for his haircuts for probably a year now maybe more, I just recently started taking our two young boys here for their haircuts and I absolutely love the job that they do! The girl was very patient with my oldest who was a little scared to get up in the chair but he finally did and in the end they both got suckers.

Personally I went in there for a normal haircut since my hair was pretty short so I asked for a trim a two on the side and a little off the top. Haircut was simple nothing out of the ordinary & I got charged $14 plus change lol ridiculous for a haircut that honestly took no more than 20mins which was a bit speedy and sloppy. I would understand if they edged me up and did a taper of some sort. Other than that there wasn’t really any greeting when entering the shop nor did they make much conversation. It’s all good though at least I know not to stop at this location anymore. Seems like they’d rather loose a client than keep them, didn’t even try to recommend in store products.

I been going for a while to cut my kids hair and I always go with Giselle she does so well with them and has the patiences with my little one which he is terrified of getting haircuts but does good with her. The place is very clean and welcoming as well definitely recommending this place to family and friends.
