I went to this location last weekend because my barber was not available and I needed a haircut. The lady was so rude and asking so many dumb questions about my haircut until I had to say you are the hairstylist you know what to do otherwise I would cut my own hair. Instead of back off she antagonize me the whole time I was there. When I left I hear her laughing at me. So rude staff and they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Never again

I’ve seen some bad reviews for this place, but I honestly don’t see why. It is decently priced and I’ve never had a bad hair cut. Sometimes the ladies are not as friendly, not rude just not very conversational, but I don’t think that is necessarily a bad thing. It’s quick and easy…I will continue to go here for all my hair cuts!! Great job!

For women haircut: at your own RISK. They do not know how to cut hair as they say they do. Went in for The Bob, A-line haircut, shorter from back and longer from front. They have a photo on their website. Both over the ph and in person, they Assured they knew. I walked out with a super short haircut! And no shape! Olga cut it what is a squared uneven looking haircut. Once she cut once side what can you do! Its upsetting! And Olga even gave me bad attitude after I told her it was way shorter than asked! She had me turned away from the mirror all the time while she cut. They’ve lost many clients with this.

I had a horrible experience with an employee of this location. The lady who cut my hair said she had 30 years of experience but it looked like she did not have experience at all.. She looked like she did not want to work because she was so excited that she was going to the beach whether friend. This employee looked like she wanted to leave already. Should I cut my hair to my standards for how I asked for it she said that she could not cut my hair shorter than what I wanted just by looking at me when I walked in. Luckily there was a secondary employee that was able to fix my hair. I think her for her service but will never return to this location with this location as long as that employee is still there and will make sure that my that my friends and family members don’t go either or get attended by her.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t know what they’re thinking. This is my daughter who paid out of her own savings for this haircut smh. Who hires these people?? Then I call to let them know and they say to go back and fix it. NEVER, EVER going back this is not the first. I went about 2 months ago and same thing happened to me but I didn’t want to be a Karen and I just went to Mexico to get it fixed and they did a wonderful job since the stylists over there constantly attend seminars, conferences and shops. NEVER, EVER going back this is not the first. I went about 2 months ago and same thing happened to me but I didn’t want to be a Karen and I just went to Mexico to get it fixed and they did a wonderful job since the stylists over there constantly attend seminars, conferences and shops. I’ve been there more than a few times and I always go to Mary, not only does she do an amazing job on my hair but customer service skills are on point! I always leave there feeling and looking like a million bucks! She also educated me on how to keep my hair from drying out so much. Critical: QualityI’m am very very very upset! I went to this place for the first time with a picture in hand and didn’t get what I wanted AT ALL! The hair dresser barely even glanced at the picture of the haircut I wanted. I also told her that I didn’t want to lose any length because I had very long hair that I LOVED. But she cut off at least a whole four inches!!! The layers are a mess! I have one shorter layer that’s supposed to frame my face, but one side is DRAMATICALLY longer than the other. I spent 6 years growing my hair to the length that it used to be and now it’s been ruined by this awful haircut. I will never come here again.I’m am very very very upset!
