Positive: ValueWell I felt like I stepped back into the 90’s from the paint on the walls to the manicure pictures hanging on the wall , it was my first time there, it’s not the most cleanest or modern looking salon but they did what I needed.I went in for a pedicure with no chip removal and regular manicure and for the price(total $40) I think it was a nice job. I did notice that a lot of the clients seem to be returning clients for acrylic full set nails, i overheard a customer say that she drives 2 hours just for there full sets , so that lead me to believe that they might be really good at full sets. Well I felt like I stepped back into the 90’s from the paint on the walls to the manicure pictures hanging on the wall , it was my first time there, it’s not the most cleanest or modern looking salon but they did what I needed.I went in for a pedicure with no chip removal and regular manicure and for the price(total $40) I think it was a nice job. Critical: Professionalism, QualityHave used there services before 2/3 times I have left there unhappy. This morning i went in for a manicure asked if they could use nail hardening base polish, when I asked how much more it would be he said 15 extra. You could imagine my surprise, the whole nail polish bottle doesn’t even cost that much. So I asked why and he couldn’t give me an explanation therefore I made the choice to deny service and walk away . Breaks my heart but trying to rip customers off. This morning i went in for a manicure asked if they could use nail hardening base polish, when I asked how much more it would be he said 15 extra. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe worst gel nails of my life! A big disappointment, and the place is so dirty, is amazing that the city allow they keep open, she let me my nails so thick !
