100/5 stars! I have tried many eyelash places.. always horrible experiences. Lashes falling out, terrible quality, multiple lashes glued together, lashes poking me in the eye, and super expensive. For a while I didn’t want to get them done anymore. I tried Eyeyo and I will NEVER go anywhere else! My lash lady is personable, kind, precise with her work, cares&does absolutely amazing, never had any issues! The quality of the lashes.. so soft, light weight, natural, different options (lengths, fullness). The biggest confidence boost ever since I’ve been going here. 110% recommend!!! I do not recommend this location for your lash fills. They are rude and unprofessional and don’t do good work. I had an appointment for a 3 week fill with them today and had called last week to make the appointment and the receptionist told me that would be Wednesday so I took an appointment to come today. I just arrived for my appointment and the man working tells me I have to pay and additional $10 for coming on the 22nd day not the 21st day but when I called I said I needed a 3 week fill and Wednesday was the date she gave me so if I needed to come Tuesday to get 3 weeks she should have said that. He proceeded to tell me I’m crazy because “everyone knows this and I’ve told you this 100 times before”. This man has never once told me what the days for their policy are, I have a picture of it in my phone for my own preference. I agreed to pay the additional charge but asked be downgraded from a cashemere fill to a classic fill which is a $30 price difference. (The smart thing to do would have been to say he won’t charge me the extra $10 for this one time and have me still get the cashmere fill) but instead he and the other girl both refused to take me even though I had an appointment and told them I have a wedding tomorrow. This isn’t the first time they have been rude but the glue they use doesn’t irritate my eyes that’s the only reason I come back. I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to anything. I have never been treated so rudely for no reason before. For him to yell at me and call me crazy for saying that whoever booked my appointment should’ve told me I needed to come yesterday instead was uncalled for. The receptionist has the calendar on the computer and I agreed to pay it but wanted to downgrade my fill and he obviously didn’t like that.

I’ve been going here for about a year and half. I’ve always had a great experience. Prices are low and reasonable. I have issue with lashes, and they know my lashes like the back of their hands and what does and doesn’t work for me. I’ve changed styles a few times and they are always accommodating for me. Clean and very professional!
