My best friend introduced me to this salon about 4 months ago and I am there pretty much every other week for lashes, nails, skincare, and now they offer massage services as well. Camille is a fantastic massage therapist! Right after she started at the salon I got to experience a hand and arm massage while my lashes were being touched up and it was so good I immediately booked an hour long hot stone massage a week later to help with my sore muscles and it was incredible, I highly recommend. I also cannot say enough about the Manager, Ernestine, she is fantastic and my nails have never looked better. I also get compliments all the time on my lashes, Dezha does a wonderful job! Love these ladies and this spa/salon.

Unfortunately, eyesalons has gone down hill since growing; both in quality and customer service. I have been a customer for 5+ years and never had a bad experience until recently. I was booked for a ONE HOUR appointment at 11am that ended up taking two hours. Not only did Brandi take DOUBLE THE TIME but she had both of my eyes and eyelashes GLUED SHUT. This has never happened before. I had a dentist apt I had schedule for 12:30 that and was unable to go to it. I had all of my appointments lined up as I had an upcoming trip. No apology was given by Brandi immediately after, but I was offered a free eyebrow wax that day, which I did not accept. Why would I consider this after being there for an extra hour and after seeing crossed and glued eyelashes, not to mention a painful session. I definitely wouldn’t trust them with my eyebrows. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they’d give me a call and could possibly offer a free touch up, which they never offered. In the end, I was offered 10% of what I paid… 18$ back for the “mild inconvenience”. What a joke. I will not be returning.

I have only ever had problems with scheduling here never with my service. I will tell you I don’t like the pretentious feel of some people in the salon and I am extremely happy that my girl Dezha is back from sabbatical. Destiny and Dezha are sweet, genuine, talented and my fave go tos. If you are normal and down to earth they are the girls to choose. Thank you to Ernestine, the manager, for all the hard work and dedication you put into your salon; it’s showing!

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years now and they’ve just lost me as a customer. Yesterday we had a tree fall into our driveway due to high winds and we’ve lost our power as well and couldn’t leave the house, so I called to reschedule and Manager advised me she’d call me back by 5 pm to let me know if they’d refund me the money… Didn’t hear a peep out of her. No refund has been issued.
