I have showed up here twice during regular hours and no one was there. No sign, no lights, nothing… I waited almost an hour for them to show up. My eyebrows looked great once I finally got serviced a couple months ago, but I broke out like CRAZY and I’ve never broken out from other threading places. Hair threading

The owner is the absolute sweetest! This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. She threads and tints my eyebrows. I have very light eyebrows and she matches them really well. Her son is there and he is 3 and he is so sweet. He brings me books to read to him while I wait. He has delayed speech and doesn’t talk much, but they are working on that. She has no family here and keeps her son with her. I love kids so this doesn’t bother me at all. He is a typical 3 year old boy. Working Moms don’t have it easy, as a mom of 3 boys I totally get it. She will always get my business.

If I could give less than one, I would. I walked in and immediately the owners son ran up to me and was trying to push me out. Now he was at most like 3 or 4 years old, so I ignored that. I know how kids can be. She then proceeded to say take a seat in the chair, so I did. He ran up to me and started to put his mouth on my knee. I tried to slide my knee over, I did not want to touch him since he wasn’t my kid. He then proceeded to try and bite me THREE times before the owner FINALLY came over to the side of the chair and tried to pull him away. I took a picture of the saliva he left on my pants. I did push him away two times before she came over to help to prevent him from completely biting me. She never said sorry, never said anything that she should have. This is not how you run a business. I am very upset as I have used her for years now. I will no longer recommend or go there ever again. Absolutely ridiculous. I also did not get the service I went for, I simply left and said I would come back another time to avoid confrontation, since she did not to even apologize to begin with.
