LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I’ve been going to this spot 5 years now. It is the first place I’ve got my eyebrows done at and haven’t stopped going since. Love all the girls here especially tinesha (hope I’m spelling that right). Definitely recommend her she’s super good! I also have very thick eyebrows and they are super good with them and they don’t make them too thin!

Was recommended this place by a friend and loved it! Definitely not pain-free but it’s such a quick experience and the results are amazing. Only downside was that I had to wait for about 20 minutes before getting seated and you can’t make appointments.

If I could give my experience today zero stars I would. This is my go two place when I am in Grand Rapids to get my eyebrows threaded I am in town visiting from Georgia the normal lady I usually go to wasn’t there I arrived around 7:20 I asked for a eyebrow and tint. I spent money on tint when it wasn’t even on for a whole 10 mins I don’t have any tint on my eyebrows I asked her if she could tread my face she said “No I’m not doing that” I said do you not offer their service she said yes we do but you must shave that’s too much…. I’ve never been denied service until today she was rude from the beginning and I don’t shave my face I wax and the last wax I received was 2 weeks and 3 days ago I don’t have much hair and it’s thin I will never go back after my experience with shakara (she was wearing red today ) seemed as if she was rushing to leave i even told her the tint wasn’t on my eyebrows I showed her several pictures of me with tint on my eyebrows I got ripped off and charged for something o don’t have on my face.
