I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. Called this place to inquire about an interview told the owner everything I had to offer. Came in & saw that she is practicing shady business. The entire place is filthy! She has posters of her prices but charges differently for black women. Lies to her employees AND customers. Lashes she use are not minks, they are the knotted ones you get at the hair store. Her waxing supplies is filthy & she uses the same stick for EVERY CLIENT. The products she uses are very questionable. And she asked me if I was Indian before making her decision to hire me, a licensed esthetician. She didn’t even ask for a resume or portfolio. She could have at least formally called me to give me her answer, just very unprofessional & careless of the Covid she’s spreading through there.

DO NOT GO HERE. I last went here on January 13th 2019. Farhat did my lashes. I asked for medium to long and for extra glue. I paid $22 and they started coming off the same day. I texted the lady who did them to advise my lashes were coming off and she told me she would fix them at her house the next day. I didn’t hear from Farhat so I called the shop to advise what happened and that my lashes had come off and I was told to come in to get them fixed. When I returned to the shop I said I called to get my lashes reapplied cuz they were hanging by a lash and irritated my eyes so I took them off. The owner said she couldn’t fix them cuz I had taken them off. I told her I was literally just here yesterday and they had already come off. She called me a liar. I asked to speak to the owner and the woman lied and said she was the owner. I told her to check her sign in book to clearly see that not even 24 hrs had passed since I was here last. She then agreed to fix my lashes but asked to go thru my texts to see that I had asked the lady who originally did them to fix them. I felt horrible like I had to prove this and that when I’m the one who wasted 22$ on lashes. Even when the last lady reapplied the lashes THEY STILL CAME OFF WITHIN 4 DAYS. I’m not giving these women my coins anymore. I’ll get some ardells for 2.50 a box and do my lashes myself from now on

I’ve been going to them for 3 years and Ioved them but the last 3 times I’ve went have been a mess.. I just went Saturday and my eye lashes have already come off..and it’s only Monday!! They started coming off that same day.. but that’s not the half.. when I got in the chair another woman that had left decided to come back and I was told to get out of the chair so that this woman who had left could get her lashes done.. at first I was like Hell no but then I got up because I was so pissed that they would even ask me to get up.. I then waited for the next available seat and when I sat down she was confused as to what I ment by short and long and I wanted them mixed in to look flared.. she did them wrong anyway but I was so pissed I had to get out of there and now they have all fell off

DO NOT GO HERE . THEIR SERVICE IS BAD . I GOT MY LASHES DONE ON SUNDAY AND TODAY IS TUESDAY AND THEY FELL OFF MY EYES IN ONE PIECE. I ALSO GOT MY EYEBROWS DONE AND TOLD THE LADY I DONT LIKE THREADING AND TO WAX MY EYEBROWS && SHE DID BOTH AND I STOPPED HER AND TOLD HER NO . JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TRAVEL TO THE ONE IN SPEEDWAY BECAUSE THEIR WAY BETTER.
