I’ve been coming here for years, but the past two times have been horrible experiences. My first red flag was when I got hot wax dripped on my eyelashes and the lady still made me pay. I didn’t go back for awhile but I tried one more time today to get an eyebrow wax and she used almost hard glue and ripped my skin off on the first pull of the wax. Which to mention she did not pull my skin taught before removal. I got up and left. She luckily did not make me pay this time, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. This place used to be great but it is not holding up to expectations anymore.

Young girl made my eyebrows look like a straight line. She cut off half of my left eyebrow and it will NEVER be the same. She did not even apologize. Never go to her. Older girl does a much better job.
