I thought I would try someone new since my lash tech was on leave. My lashes were nice but unfortunately did not last as long as other sets I’ve had in the past. I went twice before I decided this place was not for me. There was also an issue of professionalism for me as well. During both of my appointments her daughter present in the small room the whole time. I understand things happen but there was no explanation or introduction. During both of my visits her and her daughter talked constantly about other clients and family members as if I wasn’t even in the room. During my 2nd visit the child seemed to be in trouble and kept complaining about being bored and not able to use her phone and was then reprimanded and ignored. It was uncomfortable. The lash tech also stopped multiple times to text. I wanted to like this place but will not be returning.

Kay is so professional and knew exactly the look I was going for. You can’t beat her personal attention to detail. Her workspace is cozy, clean and inviting. I was nervous about the process but Kay reassured me that I would love the outcome. It also helped that Lyric was so entertaining during my visit.
