My first several visits were positive but the artist who assisted me is no longer there. My last 2 visits were disappointing. I was there last Wednesday and left extremely upset. When I arrived I gave very clear instructions as always. “Don’t remove anything from my eye brows, just remove the excess hair from my eye lids and brown natural tint.” She did exactly the opposite. Proceeded to attempt to shape my eyebrows leaving them thin on the end with very evident gashes. She didn’t even get the tint Color right. It was clearly black and uneven. I had to visit a different shop to have it corrected.

I went in today, never having had my eyebrows threaded before, and I had a good experience. I asked the woman to give my eyebrows some shape, but to please keep as much thickness as she can. She did exactly that, and I’m please with the results. The experience was quick, painless, and inexpensive.
