Critical: QualityThe whole experience overall was not very good. The lady was very nice, but when I went in to get my eyelash extensions, she did a full set in about 45 minutes and the only care instructions she gave me was “not to get them wet for 24 hours and to run them under water in the shower to clean them”. I went home and not even 3 days later almost half the lashes on my right eye had fallen out. I called and told her about this and after explaining to her several times that I paid for a service and it should be fixed, she pretty much told me that it was my fault for not taking proper care of them and that she could fix them but would have to charge me an additional $25. I went to her to get them fixed, but decided it wasn’t worth staying with her after this experience. I then went to a different salon 9 days after getting the lashes fixed, which again, most of them had already fallen out by this time. The stylist took one look at them and said she didn’t even feel comfortable refilling them. She had to completely remove them so I can start fresh because they were done so horribly. 2 weeks, $175 later, and I have nothing to show for it. Do not go to her if you are looking somewhere fast to get eyelash extensions, it is not worth it. The whole experience overall was not very good. The lady was very nice, but when I went in to get my eyelash extensions, she did a full set in about 45 minutes and the only care instructions she gave me was “not to get them wet for 24 hours and to run them under water in the shower to clean them”. She decided to barely listen to me as I feel her waxing so much of my eyebrows. She finishes up and I get in my car and realize she waxed a chunk of my eyebrow. So now I have a bald spot.
