Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe lady started off nice but once I showed her a mistake she made on my eyebrows she got very offensive ( it wasn’t that serious I knew it would grow back I just wanted her to see what she did and try and improve the next time. But because of the way she took it I will never spend my money here again, now that was the threading. She also Hanna my eyebrows and she didn’t explain the process on what to do and what not to do.This was my first time experience on the Hanna it faded the next day and I had to go back and let her do them over that when I spotted the mistake on my eyebrows. Just a horrible experience over all. I went to get both my lip & eyebrows done during the “Happy Hour” and she did such a great job! I like how they show you what the eyebrow will look like before they start on the other one. Also how they take their time to make sure it’s just right, and the way you want it to be. Overall it was great! Would definitely recommend!
