Critical: Quality, ValueI used to love this place, however I am editing my review due to the lack of good service. I did not get the eyebrow artists name, however she moves extremely slow throughout the process of doing my eyebrows causing a lot of pain, not only does she move slow but my eyebrows either come out uneven, shorter than they should be, not cleaned up enough and all of taking 25 minutes to complete. I used to leave satisfied with my eyebrows and I dread going to this location everytime and have given having her do my eyebrows a chance. I used to love this place, however I am editing my review due to the lack of good service. I did not get the eyebrow artists name, however she moves extremely slow throughout the process of doing my eyebrows causing a lot of pain, not only does she move slow but my eyebrows either come out uneven, shorter than they should be, not cleaned up enough and all of taking 25 minutes to complete. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a basic cleanup on my eyebrows, which was not even great with the after results and the one lady working by herself was not friendly or professional at all, didn’t even greet me or my friend as we walked in, had an attitude the whole time while doing my eyebrows, paid with my debit card and instead of giving it to my hand she placed it very hard on the counter with attitude. Went in for a basic cleanup on my eyebrows, which was not even great with the after results and the one lady working by herself was not friendly or professional at all, didn’t even greet me or my friend as we walked in, had an attitude the whole time while doing my eyebrows, paid with my debit card and instead of giving it to my hand she placed it very hard on the counter with attitude.
