I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for almost 4 years and I have NEVER had a bad service. I am so glad they were able to stay open in Tri County after the mall closed. The new bulding is very clean with plenty of space. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and had polite conversation throughout my service. I highly recommend!!!

When I first started using their services about a year ago I always went to Pam who usually great and was able to give my sparse eyebrows sharp, precise contours with a nice arch..the most recent 3 times I’ve been disappointed especially the most recent visit which was absolutely horrible.My eyebrows were shortened past the starting point and the right eyebrow was shortened well past that point & was shaped very badly. I didn’t really see how horrible they looked until after I got home and I immediately cried. I just don’t understand what I did to deserve this type of service.

Critical: ProfessionalismSTAY AWAY FROM THEM ! There was a lady today on shift by herself packed with customers and I happened to come 30 to an hour before closing which I think made this lady think to work quick on human eyebrow hair . I understand having a job can be stressful but when someone is paying you and trusting you with eyebrows or facial services please take your time . Hair takes forever to grow back and thanks to god I know how to do makeup and even with makeup it still doesn’t cover the chuck of pieces that my hair is missing . Knowing makeup or not this still doesn’t give the right to completely thin out my eyebrows and make them look so uneven and cut a huge chuck of my eyebrow off . Out of all anger I wasn’t able to get the lady who did my eyebrows name After telling her about my problem the lady even said “ let me even them out for you “ after what she did and how thin they already are how could I trust that . She even said and claimed it was fault for the shaping of my eyebrow because one was longer then the other , but she completely gaved me a new look even without asking if she can lower the thickness of my eyebrows . I will insert before and after pictures. These are the only pictures I have of my before eyebrows but I can assure you they were so thick since I’m also Hispanic . There was a lady today on shift by herself packed with customers and I happened to come 30 to an hour before closing which I think made this lady think to work quick on human eyebrow hair . In my experience, if you catch Pam you’ll be very happy, but of course she doesn’t work every day. I suggest calling ahead to see when she is available. There are a few others that do a relatively good job, just not as precise as Pam. Then there are a few staff that in my experience seem to completely miss the mark, by literally changing the shape of the brow rather than cleaning it up & enhancing the natural line. The staff are usually very friendly which I appreciate, I just wish that they would create a website with a listing of staff working hours or hire someone to answer the phones. During busy hours they stop in the middle of work to answer the phone often or I find myself having to call numerous times to get someone to pick up.
