I came in today asking for a clean-up that’s it; keep the shape and fullness. I specifically said I liked my full brows. She took them almost all off and made them so ugly-thin. She 100% did not listen. They look awful, it’s aged me 5-10 yrs. They are pencil-thin like 90s brows. Wish I had read the reviews below, I’d never have come in. I have no clue how this place is in such a summerlin hotspot. Now I have to find an eyebrow tattooist to repair the damage.

Critical: QualityThis is so frustrating. Every time I try to give this place another shot they ruin it. I let my eyebrows grow for over 2 months so I could get them shaped nicely and not only are they completely uneven, they are butchered. The tail end is so thin you can barely see it on my face and the beginning of the brow is threaded in random places leaving bald spots. I asked to leave them thick but have a small arch so they look groomed and of course I got the L shaped thin and ugly brows of any woman’s nightmare. I am so mad. I let my eyebrows grow for over 2 months so I could get them shaped nicely and not only are they completely uneven, they are butchered. I just wanted a cleanup of stray hairs and she ruined the shape and made my brow too thin. I went here once before and the stylist was great. This one today was not good. I said just a cleanup underneath and she took off way too much. I have half a brow on one side and they are too thin. I am going to have to fill them in for the next month. I am going to stick with Star Eyebrow.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, as I try to support small business BUT I never ever had scabs after threading. It went away after 3-4 days. You know what didn’t? Pencil thin eyebrows like from the 1930s…I was growing my eyebrows for a while, and unfortunately I walked into that place. So don’t do it!! Save yourselves!!!!!

Awful service! The women who is pregnant did a terrible job. The eyebrows dont match at all and too thin. She also didnt bother to greet you or even make eye contact. She was so rough with everything she did she left my skin red and irritated. I will never come here again
