Call to ask about a service and pricing which was reasonable unfortunately they take their last customer at 6:45 PM.Today I called at 6:47 to get a threading because I haven’t had one in four months due to having a baby & the only time I could go I wasn’t accepted when I was right outside. Disappointed honestly because I work 10 hr days 6pm to 4 am and then I’m right back to mommy mode. But maybe next time, if I could just show up a few minutes earlier.

Prior to driving 20 minutes to this business I called and spoke to a dude that could only speak broken english. This guy was at another location due to cost savings by having one phone for multiple businesses. The guy told me that there was no wait time and I told him that 10 people were sitting in the waiting room. He lied. Also the business has rude employees. I spent 20 minutes waiting and I observed the poor quality of work the the aspiring high school technician performed. If you don’t care about your results then by all means this is the place for you otherwise avoid this place unless you wanna look like a clown. As you can see from the other reviews this business has customer service issues. Of course they do not like the truth and by their response to my review it is obvious that they cannot handle the truth. As previously mentioned, when I called the office to inquire why I was told there was no wait the person on the phone got rude with me and called me names over the phone. Apparently the person I spoke to was the boss or father or relative of the technician. No wonder they get bad reviews when they talk to the customer disrespectfully and expect the customer not to respond back to their behavior. Wow. Pretty low for you to call me out for my language when you used similar language toward me.

I have been threading my eyebrows for 8 years now, so normally I’m completely relaxed when getting my eyebrows done.
