I’ve been going to Eyebrow Glam since they were brand new. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the services i’ve received. People always tell me I pay too much for lashes but they are the same people who complain about theirs falling off fast or irritating their eyes. My lashes always look amazing for at least a few months, and never bother me. Even when they’ve finally started to fall out I still get compliments all the time! I just recently got my first refill and I plan on sticking to my every two weeks. My eyebrows are always clean and shaped so beautifully. It makes such a big difference when people know what they’re doing. I’m never really picky about my brows all the girls are great in their own way, but lashes ALWAYS Kelly! Jenn, the owner, is super sweet and makes you feel right at home. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or out of place in this establishment. It’s super modern and laid back. The music is always on point. It’s just an amazing vibe with great services! I have and will continue to recommend this business!

I had my lashes done for the first time. They were beautiful! They looked and felt natural. HOWEVER, I called three days later because the began falling out. I was told I would have to pay for a refill!!! I paid $170 and would have to pay more three days later? No way!

I have been going to Eyebrow Glam since they 1st opened in Braintree. When I got there I had no eyebrows. I had just plucked em gone. They put me through brow rehab & I now have amazing full brows! Barbara Diaz is who I go to see & she works magic! Her tinting has last me over a month! The owner Jen is just a doll & I am so incredibly proud of what they’ve created!

Daiane did a good job removing all the hairs, but it took wayyyy too long :/ being in butterfly position for a service that already causes discomfort is not fun. I am used to super clean waxes that take 20-30 minutes MAX. This one took about an hour and some change. I also didn’t like the back and forth between soft and hard wax. I’m a hard wax type of girl and think it gets the job done faster. Finally, I’m not a fan of doing tiny sections. My last esthie would do bigger sections and get all the hairs with just hard wax.
