Messed up my eyebrows really bad after I clearly said I only wanted a clean up, and was trying to argue after I explained and showed her how thin she left my eyebrow compared to the other. She also cut my eyebrow from the inner part so now my eyebrow isn’t only thin but short.

New to the area and was in desperate need to get my eyebrows threaded. the lady that did mine messed them up. She took off way too much hair now they are uneven and basically have a bald spot on my left eyebrow where she took off way too much hair at the beginning of my eywbrow. I didnt even bother talking to her to tell her how she messed them up I just paid and walked out that’s how upset I was now I have to wait to get them done again. Hopefully my hair will grow back fast.

They do a beautiful job at a good price. I get my brows threaded and upper lip waxed. I love that she suggested waxing my upper lip instead of threading; it’s much less painful and yields nice results.

Waxing was great but the henna is why I gave 3 stars. The henna itself was red and I asked for black. It also peeled off while (real) henna should fade away. It was only $9 so I didnt complain. I just had higher expectations than to have broken lines etc. The woman were super kind and nice!!! I really enjoyed them. Had I went for the pleasant customer service, I would of given 5 starts.
