I absolutely recommend this place for services for everyone. My eyebrows always are done perfectly. My eyelashes always look great and stay a while! They are honest about money handling too. One time I overpaid and didn’t know and the following time I went they had the money folded up in drawer with my name on it. They are welcoming and friendly. They do great waxes as well. If you need a new place this will be it for a lifetime !

I’ve been coming here for over a year. I’ve had numerous facials and eyebrow threading. Today I came in to get my eyebrows done. Then when I checked in I decided I wanted a facial. The girl that did my eyebrows seemed annoyed while the other one set up the room. The girl that did my eyebrows completely ruined my eyebrows before my wedding/vacation. She took too much hair from one side and then said it wasn’t her fault it was my eyebrows shape. I Never had an issue in the past. So upset.

Love the staff in Very friendly, family oriented and Payal does an AmaZinG job with my brows, (threading and tinting) as well as lashes and any other services rendered. She is thorough, great eye for detail, gentle and fast! The store is also bigger than any other Seva I have been to. And the store is nice and clean. I am a life-long customer.

I made an appointment at 10 am and there was only one person working there, she started taking clients before me and when I told her I had to leave by noon, she said that I would be lucky to have her to complete her service, even though I made an appointment a day before that was so unprofessional. I left at 1:30 pm, Afterwards, she started blaming the person that took my appointment and said she should make it in the afternoon, since one additional person would be able to help, thats terrible!!! Also, they are very pushy with buying gift cards even though you keep repeating yourself No!!!
