I’ve come here for the last 4 years and they’ve kept and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. I like them thicker and say this up front before every appointment. They recently may have either changed management or ownership because it has been new faces working the stand. After my last experience I won’t be going back. My eyebrows are ruined, she made them thin and took off the entire bottom layer. The first picture attached is what they usually look like (I showed her this picture before she started) and the last is what I ended up with.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I’ve made the mistake by coming back thinking it was just a one time bad experience and they not only messed up my eyebrows taking way too much off and also making them two different shapes and I couldn’t even have them attempt to fix them because they would of been even thinner and I was bleeding. Both times she kept yelling for me to “pull” and was extremely rude. She paid more attention to her entire family than taking a few minutes for me. Also, the phone number doesn’t work and the hours are wrong because they leave all throughout the day and close extremely early at night. It’s not even like there is a sign saying “be right back on break”. Save your money and don’t waste your time. There is a hair salon almost next door who does eyebrows!

They do have good eyebrow services but every time I visit them, I have to wait for several hours not because they are busy but because they never stay in their store. Moreover, they haven’t updated their hours and phone number in google. The number provided is not in service. Whenever they are not there in working hours, they don’t leave any note on what time they will reopen again. It is really frustrating.

The indian woman who worked here was very rude from the get go. She rushed the job, which made it hurt a lot worse, I was bleeding from multiple different spots. She started freaking out when my mask fell slightly below my nose as she was doing the threading. Very unprofessional, very rude, never been treated like this at a business before. Will never go back and will advise others to stay away

I am grateful to have this service offered in this area. I have had my brows threaded for many years. Waxing has burned me multiple times and I think threading is more precise.
