If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Lady who did my eyebrows was so rude and unprofessional. Messed up my eyebrows, she over threaded. When I confronted her, she laughed it off. Please rethink your employees because the Chinese lady there was anything but professional. 🙂

Always clean, nice, professional, and my eyebrows are perfect each time. It has been under new ownership for 5 months now and she is awesome! The bad reviews are from previous owners so please don’t let them scare you. I highly recommend!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI walked in, signed the booked and the lady said “sit”! I was a little confused so I wanted to make sure the price was confirmed as I didn’t see a list of prices at all. I was told the threading was $15 and to “sit”. She told me to lean back and immediately started threading. At no point did she attempt to ask what kind of brow shape I wanted and I at no in time did I tell her ♀️ She eyeballed the threading and they are completely uneven! I walked in, signed the booked and the lady said “sit”! I was a little confused so I wanted to make sure the price was confirmed as I didn’t see a list of prices at all. I was told the threading was $15 and to “sit”. She told me to lean back and immediately started threading. 7/27/20…On Saturday, we swung by the mall before heading back home from a mini family trip. I’ve had crazy brows for as long as I can remember & I know the way I trim the front of them makes them look crazier, but, that’s just me. Lol. ♀️This was my second time getting them threaded. When I walked in, the woman asked me to sit down & I told her I knew they were messed up. She did her best to work around my disastrous efforts. Lol. She was friendly & suggested a few places in town to visit before we head home. (Next time!) At the end, she suggested I let my eyebrows grow for a month & get them threaded again or waxed.

I walked in to get my eyebrows done on a Tuesday before heading back home to Michigan. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door, the shop was very clean and she did an excellent job on my eyebrows. She was nice and held a pleasant conversation with me which I enjoyed. Wish I stayed closer then 3 hours away, because this would be my eyebrow place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been here a handful of times. Every time I get my brows threaded it makes me sneeze and my eyes water. I go in today and same situation, I start sneezing as soon as she starts plucking. She stopped and started accusing me of having covid and saying she’s afraid of me. I’m sitting here having a full conversation about how every time I come I sneeze when they thread my brows. Nevermind that I’m exhibiting no signs of being ill, we are both wearing masks, and I stopped sneezing the whole time this conversation was had.
