I went to this place to have my eyebrows threaded. I’ve never had it done before. I called ahead of time and they said just come on in. The wait time was less than five minutes. It was a little bit painful but well worth it. They did it so quick and efficiently. They wore mask. The place seemed very clean. When I got up from my seat after having my eyebrows done they sprayed down the armrests and started cleaning immediately. The staff was friendly and inviting. This could become a regular thing for me. I recommend this place. I had no idea they were even here until I googled it. Great location easy parking and easy access.

I’ve been here multiple times, I’m not sure how it has 5 star reviews. The ladies are nice, the place is clean and it’s easily accessible. I used to go to Hartville marketplace for my eyebrows but it’s just too far so I’ve been going here. The first few times I had a pretty good experience, the girl was sweet, threaded pretty good and used aloe at the end. However over time they have ruined the shape of my brows, I used to have a beautiful arch and now they look like straight lines almost. Today was the final straw, the lady did not put gloves on or purell her hands before threading my brows, it was super painful (to the point I almost told her to stop, after 10 years of eyebrow threading), made them super short on the sides and didn’t use any type of lotion or aloe at the end. Unfortunately I won’t be back, I will take the 30 minutes and drive to Hartville. Super disappointed and I hate leaving bad reviews but I want other to be aware. If there is someone specifically recommend I would love to know who it is 🙂
