Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible service! I brought my wife to this place, due to the good reviews, thinking that I would receive exceptional service. I had my two week daughter in the car waiting for the results. To my suprise my wife came back with no service. NOBODY greeted my wife or said anything to her. This was her first time here. The woman was talking the entire time, with the customer she was working on. I have no problem with them talking, but when there are multiple people waiting to be serviced, you would think that she would be a little more courteous of others time. I am completely disappointed in the service given and will not be returning. Incredibly unprofessionalHorrible service! Horrible service! I brought my wife to this place, due to the good reviews, thinking that I would receive exceptional service. I had my two week daughter in the car waiting for the results. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. I woke up The next day with a huge stye on my eye. The place is unsanitary. And she overpluck my eye brows when I said not to over do it. No satisfaction whatsoever the place is outdated and not clean.

I read some of the reviews to this place and decided to stop by. The young girl from Nepal was very friendly and sweet. She did a phenomenal job on my threading and was very patient and kind. I asked her if she could do my daughter’s henna if I came back later and she said she could and that they closed at 6pm. I went back around 3:30pm that same day and she was pretty busy. There were 3 people ahead of us and I asked her if we waited would she still do the henna for my daughter. She was hesitant at first but said she would. So we waited. During this time more and more people started walking in for threading. After we showed her some henna designs online, she said to pick one that wasn’t too detailed as she was busy and by herself. We settled on one and she started. A few minutes later, I had a happy 8 year old and it didn’t even take that long. A friendly face and good customer service will keep bringing people back. I’m definitely going back to this place and recommend you give them a try.

I was a regular customer here. One girl who is working here for a while starts acting with attitude and always responded rudely. They need to learn how to greet customers instead of becoming to see customers, she gets irritated to see customers.

I asked them if they used wax and they said yes, but they did a bad job, she left pieces of wax stuck around my eye and on the eyelashes, the eyebrows were very badly waxed with uneven parts, in wax they work is very bad.

Very convenient price isn’t bad at all.but their work starts to be A STRAIGT let down And LADIES know we cannot play when it comes to these brows.I shouldn’t have to draw my eyebrows after paying to get them done and the AUDACITY to tell me to use a pencil to fix them NO do it CORRECT.if I wanted to DRAW any eyebrows I would do so and save the few dollars
